Privacy Policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
Squash Rally is a squash game for iPhone and Android, made by an independent developer. This policy covers the game and this website, squashrally.com. The short version: the game has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it collects nothing about you unless you choose to send feedback or play online.
In the game
- Your progress stays on your phone. Settings, your player, stats and World Tour progress are saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them.
- Feedback you send. If you use Send feedback, we receive what you write, your star rating, whether it's a bug, the game's version, your phone's model and operating system version, and what you were playing (mode, venue, difficulty). If you tick the boxes for them, we also receive a screenshot of the game and a log of your recent swipes. Feedback is not linked to your name, email or any account.
- Online play. When you play online, the game connects to our match server, which sees your device's IP address (as any internet connection does) and your moves in the match. Your opponent sees your player's look and name as you set them up in the game. We don't keep match records.
On this website
- Beta sign-up. If you sign up for the beta, we keep your email address, your first name if you give it, and whether you have an iPhone or Android. We use them only to send you beta invitations, new beta builds and the launch announcement. We never sell or share your email, and we don't send newsletters or marketing.
- Videos. The game-history videos load from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you tap one; YouTube's own privacy policy then applies.
- The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Beta testing
Beta builds are delivered through Apple TestFlight (iPhone) and Firebase App Distribution (Android). Those services share some information with us, such as your email address if you were invited by email, and crash reports or feedback you send through them. Their own privacy policies apply to them.
Who handles the data
- Google Firebase hosts this website and stores beta sign-ups and in-game feedback.
- Cloudflare handles the domain and forwards email sent to squashrally.com addresses.
- DigitalOcean runs the online match server.
Only the developer can read the sign-up list and the feedback.
How long we keep it
Beta sign-ups are kept until you ask to be removed, or until the beta program ends. Feedback is kept while it's useful for improving the game, and deleted after that.
Your choices
- To stop beta emails, reply to any of them, or email support@squashrally.com.
- To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@squashrally.com, and we'll do it within 30 days.
Children
Squash Rally is a game for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up for the beta, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Questions: support@squashrally.com.
